Renovation of a 1-bedroom flat located on London’s Sloane Avenue, in the heart of Chelsea. The brief called for a robust and hard-wearing design able to withstand the rigours of the short-term rental market. The layout was reconfigured in order to maximise the available space, with the wall between the bedroom and bathroom carefully designed to accommodate a new wardrobe, towel rail and toilet cistern, whilst concealing pipes and service ducts.
